ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC, in Crime No.237 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has already filed Crl.O.P(MD).No.10943 of 2016 and the same has been dismissed by this Court on 05.07.2016. He further submitted that suppressing the earlier fact, the petitioner has filed the present petition and prayed for dismissal of this petitioner.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has suppressed the earlier petition filed by him and the same has been dismissed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
