This Writ Petition has been filed to complete the proceedings pending in e.f.vz;:Q1/2735/2019 . 2.The disciplinary proceeding was initiated against the petitioner. The proceeding is not completed until now. Therefore, the petitioner is seeking to complete the proceeding at the earliest.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on the issue simply directing the respondents to complete the proceeding within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
