ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and his property on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2015.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent. 3.It appears that the petitioner obtained a decree on 09.03.2015 for permanent injunction against the respondents 3 and 4. Thereafter, the petitioner gave a representation dated 21.04.2015 seeking police protection for his possession. Since no action has been taken by the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition for the aforesaid relief.

4.If the third and fourth respondents are acting contrary to the decree, the petitioner can very well approach the Jurisdictional Court. The decree was granted by the II Additional District Munsif, Trichy on 09.03.2015 and the representation was given by the petitioner on 21.04.2015.

5.In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders. However,liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for getting appropriate orders. 6.Insofar as any life threat as alleged by the petitioner is concerned, the second respondent is directed to look into and to consider the same by conducting adequate enquiry.
