PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the Second Respondent to conduct fresh enquiry in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.G5/638/2016 dated 08.08.2016 giving proper notice to all necessary parties within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

When it is pointed out by Mr. R.Murugan, Learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First to Third Respondents that the Petitioner has not challenged the order dated 31.10.2018, which according to the Petitioner was passed without issuing any prior notice to the Petitioner, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the same and seek consequential reliefs, and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.
