ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to preserve the CCTV footage of the Kallal Police Station, Sivagangai District, dated 04.02.2021 from 06.00 p.m to 08.45 p.m based on the complaint given by the petitioner to the first respondent in CSR No.233, dated 05.02.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.On the report received from the first respondent revealed that the CC TV footages will be available for 15 days under memory and thereafter, it will be automatically erased. Therefore, the footages sought for by the petitioner is not available. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
