The above petitions have been filed seeking orders (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent and (ii) to bring on record the respondents 4 and 5 herein as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent and rank them as respondents 4 and 5 in the above appeal.

2. No representation for the respondents 3 to 5.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Since the petitioner's application in CMP(MD)No.3918 of 2025 to condone the delay in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent is allowed today, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main papers and post the same on 29.04.2026.
