This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case/F.I.R against the proposed accused persons on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 16.04.2015 and investigate into the case.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that no petition is pending before the second respondent police. 4.Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint to the concerned respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the same shall be proceeded further by them within four weeks thereafter.
