This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, on the basis of his complaint dated 25.02.2022.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and closed the complaint by referring the parties to work out their remedies before the concerned Civil Court.
