ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.100 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police to any other investigating officer. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the case in Crime No.100 of 2016 has been registered due to the murder of the petitioner's son, the second respondent police did not even take any efforts to collect the call details of the petitioner's son. Hence, seeking to transfer the investigation, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 23.05.2016 to the first respondent. As there was no response to the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is going on proper line and the call details which are mentioned in the petition also have been called for and therefore, there is no need to transfer the investigation.

5.In view of the above submission made by both sides, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

23.05.2016 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law forthwith.
