ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.06.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.It is seen that the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.06.2016 has been addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Tirunelveli District and it is not the case of the petitioner that he sent any petition directly to the concerned jurisdictional police.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the Sub Inspector of Police, Ilanchi, Tenkasi Taluk is stated to be the person vested with jurisdiction over the subject matter alleged. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.There is an undertaking by the petitioner to submit a representation directly to the jurisdictional police and there is also an undertaking on the part of the respondents to consider the representation to be submitted by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law.
