PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in crime No.17 of 2012 dated 17.08.2012 pending on the file of the first respondent / Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Tiruchirappalli and now the above Crime No.17 of 2012 is handling and investigating by the Second respondent / Inspector of Police, City Control Room, Tiruchirappalli City, Tiruchirappalli and quash the same with regard to the petitioner.

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in crime No.17 of 2012 dated 17.08.2012 pending on the file of the first respondent and now handled and investigated by the Second respondent and quash the same with regard to the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 22.03.2015 and the same is taken on file as C.C.No.163 of 2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
