Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMANATHAN.G., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.19945 of 2021, dated 23.12.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was affected by Covid-19and due to the same, he could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
