Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SAFAR BADHUSA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order was passed by this Court on 18.02.2020 granting anticipatory bail and condition could not be complied since the petitioners suffered some health issues and hence he seeks time to surrender and furnish sureties.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 18.02.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2430 of 2020 is extended up to 24.03.2020.
