PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the land bearing S.No.61/2A2A with an extent of 20 cents situated at Ladanenthal, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District. ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 16.03.2020, an enquiry has been conducted and the 1st respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2019, had rejected the petitioner's request to survey the land in S.No.61/2A2A measuring to an extent of 20 cents situated at Ladanenthal, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District. Further, the learned Additional Government Pleader undertakes to serve a copy of the said rejection order passed by the 1st respondent to the learned counsel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.5191 of 2020 for the petitioner, within a period of one week from today. 2.By recording such undertaken, this Writ Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said rejection order passed by the 1st respondent before the appropriate forum, if he is so advised. No costs.
