O R D E R

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the fourth respondent had given a complaint against the petitioner and in that connection the petitioner was summoned. It appears to be a case of monetary transaction. While the fourth respondent would contend that the entire dues have not been paid, the petitioner claims that the entire amount has been settled already. Crl.O.P(MD)No.4640 of 2020 being a transaction that is civil in nature, the parties should move only the Jurisdictional Civil Court. The respondents 2 and 3 are directed to not to summon the petitioner based on the complaint of the fourth respondent.
