Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in pursuance of the Non Bailable Warrant issued in C.C.No.115 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 457, 380, 411 and 414 IPC and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the other accused were arrested and released on bail and the respondent police laid charge sheet showing the petitioner as an absconding accused and therefore, he was not aware of the proceedings pending before the Judicial Magistrate and he is ready to appear for all future hearings.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the respondent has filed charge sheet and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.115 of 2015 and thereafter Non Bailable Warrant was issued against the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the said court on all future hearings. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

5. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
