R.Balaji, the petitioner came forward with this petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking a direction as against the Forest Officials in Virudhunagar District that he shall not be harassed.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that there was some information that the said Balaji is hiding some sandal woods in his house, the Forest Officials searched the house and nothing incriminating was found and he will not be harassed.
3. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
