ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit and earlier orders of this court dated 24.03.2025 and letter in D.No.987 dated 3.7.2025 received from the District Judge, Family Court, Madurai, this Court made the following order: By order dated 24.03.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in H.M.O.P.No.257 of 2022, before 30.06.2025.
2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.987, dated 03.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 24.03.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 24.03.2025.
