The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to de-seal the petitioner's Spa namely Relax Parlour with Spa Center at Door No.1, 4th Cross Street, Renga Nagar, Sundar Nagar, K.K.Nagar, Trichy.

2. Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would contend that based on the complaint given by one Vinoth Comli, the second respondent registered First Information Report in Crime No.123 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1) and 4(2)(c) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and the accused was also arrested and produced before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would further contend that the investigation is at initial stage.

3. In the circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed as devoid of merits. No costs.
