PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachments created by the respondent no.5 in the common path way situated at Village Survey no. 39 and 42 Mandapasalai, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, by way of a fully constructed shop, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 27.10.2022.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Sri M.Sarangan, Additional Government Pleader, states that the Tahsildar has already passed an order on 24.01.2024, highlighting certain encroachments.

2. Respondent No.5 also appears in the list of alleged encroachers.

3. Sri Sarangan states that steps will be taken to remove all encroachments in accordance with law.
