ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.06.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.It is seen that postal receipt and acknowledgment are filed to show that the complaint dated 17.06.2016 has been sent to the Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District. But there is no record to show that the complaint has been sent to the second respondent.

second respondent, the same will be considered in accordance with law.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to send the complaint by post to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent shall take action in accordance with law.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
