*********** This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for early disposal of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner pending on the file of the respondent.
2.The case of the petitioner is that she filed the statutory appeal before the respondent on 11.03.2014 under the Patta Pass Book Act, 1986. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the said appeal.
3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the statutory appeal is disposed of as expeditiously as possible within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Admittedly, the appeal has been filed in the year 2014 itself. Therefore, no prejudice would be caused if the appeal is disposed of expeditiously. 4.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal Na.Ka.No.A7/6167/2013 dated 11.03.2014 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties whom the respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
