ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to direct the Respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.262 of 2015 within the stipulated time fixed by this court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the respondent police after conducting proper investigation in Crime No.262 of 2015, closed the case as 'mistake of fact' and the closure report was also served to the petitioner. He produced a xerox copy of the closure report before this Court.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
