This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.01.2015 and take necessary action against the proposed accused within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that no complaint has been received.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint has been given to the respondent.

5.Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 16.06.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the second respondent is directed to conduct detailed enquiry and conclude the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
