ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.10.2017 by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa) and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937, in Crime No.910 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 13.10.2017, when the respondent police conducted routine check up, they recovered 1751 Brandi bottles from the petitioner. Hence, a case has been registered against the petitioner for the above said offences. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State submitted that the detention order has been passed against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner branding him as Goonda.
