ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.06.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law and file final report. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been enquired into and during which, both parties have appeared before the respondent police and thrown allegations against each other and finally they agreed to seek remedy before the civil forum. Recording the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ undertaking given by both parties, the complaint has been closed.

4.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, if not furnished already and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly closed.
