This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 27.07.2017 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 406, 417 and 420 IPC and to take action against the accused persons in accordance with law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a statement was sent to the petitioner by the respondent police stating that he can get relief by approaching concerned police Station.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
