Moshina, the de-facto complainant in Crime No.26 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Madurai South, Madurai, seeks a direction to the said police to complete the investigation at early date and file the final report according to law before the concerned Court.

3. This case has been arose between an husband and wife. F.I.R. is registered for an offence under Section 498-A I.P.C. It is pending for nearly 10 months in investigation stage itself.

4. In the circumstances, the second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Madurai South, Madurai is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2015 and file the final report according to law within one month from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
