The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent police to register the case on the strength of the complaint given by the petitioner on 13.07.2017 and investigate the same and file a final report in accordance with law.

2.Heard Mr.C.Pandarasamy, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the enquiry was conducted on the basis of complaint and the complaint was closed.
