To suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioners by order dated 07.09.2019 passed in S.C.No.53 of 2017 on the file of the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Trichy, pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal. PRAYER IN CRL A(MD) No.510 of 2019 To call for the records pertaining to the judgment made in S.C.No.53 of 2017 dated 07.09.2019 on the file of 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR), Trichy District and set aside the same by allowing this appeal.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAMAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.R.BHARATHI KANNAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9219 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.510 of 2019 dated 24.01.2020.

CRL MP(MD) No.2385 of 2021 2.On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the petitioners are complying the condition regularly and prayed the petition to be allowed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) fairly admitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and he has no serious objection to relax the condition. 4.In view of the above submission, this petition is allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required for interrogation.
