ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 406, 420, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.174 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. It is case of job racketing. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) points out that there are totally four victims and the amount involved comes to around Rs.11,00,000/-. CRL OP(MD) No.4613 of 2020 to the tune of Rs.6,00,000/-. But then he is not ready to deposit the said amount immediately. The petitioner's counsel is pleading some medical grounds. I am not inclined to consider. The criminal original petition stands dismissed.
