Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioners belong to Scheduled Caste community. They make a further claim that they are forest dwellers. However, they have not been granted patta. They have given the petition mentioned representations before the first respondent. The first respondent / District Collector is directed to consider the petition mentioned representations on merits and in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 02.03.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No MGA To 8/10
