ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai, to expedite the hearing in O.S.No.83/2020 on its file and dispose of the same within the time frame fixed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that eventhough the Commissioner was appointed as early as on 20.10.2021, so far he has not filed any report.

3. Reading of the report filed by the trial Court indicates that only a receiver has been appointed to collect the rent amount from the tenanted premises. No specific direction was issued to him to file a report.

4. It appears that the receiver has not filed any report. The matter was kept pending without any progress. Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai, to expedite the trial process in O.S.No.83/2020 on its file. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
