ORDER

The petitioner filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking direction to the second respondent police to provide police protection to the life, limb of the petitioner and his family members and family property in S.No.291/1, extent of 0.312 sq. mts. bearing Door No.1/2-2 and vacant site new Survey No.191/3 nearly 10 cents situated in Karumalai, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District by considering the representation dated 14.12.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The petitioner claims a right of possession over property and informs of interference therewith as also threats

in his family members. The petitioner has moved a civil suit in O.S.No. 452 of 2014 wherein he has informed of patta to the 'A' schedule having stood in the name of his father and of being in possession of 'B' schedule property which as per revenue records recorded as 'Kalinatham' i.e. Gramanatham. This petition shall stand dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before civil court.
