This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to further direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry since the issue involved is a "civil dispute".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submit that petition enquiry is pending in this matter and on that

pretext only the petitioner was called for enquiry and there is no harassment to the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
