This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the order dated 10.04.2015 made in Cr.M.P.No.1409 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu in so far as the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear and sign before the respondent daily at 10.00 a.m and set aside the same. 2.The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.413 of 2014. The petitioner was released on bail under Section 167(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as the charge sheet was not laid within the time prescribed. However, the condition has been imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said condition could not be complied with, since the petitioner apprehends danger to his life, he may be permitted to appear before the Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai.
4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu in Cr.M.P.No.1409 of 2015 that the petitioner to appear before the Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the Thallakulam Police Station once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m until further orders.

With the aforesaid modification, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
