This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime.No.346 of 2017 dated 22.12.2017 pending on the file of the respondent police station to some other police station in Ramanathapuram District. 2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, enquiry was conducted and the complaint made by the petitioner is false. Therefore, the complaint has been closed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the competent court to get remedy. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
