1.1.Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19175 of 2023 has been filed by the husband and other in-laws seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.19 of 2022, which is pending against them.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the investigation has been completed and the respondents police have filed the final report in Crime No.19 of 2022 before the trial Court on 05.07.2024 and the same has also been taken on file in C.C.No.613 of 2024 and the case is posted for further hearing on 05.07.2024.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3464 of 2024 is closed as infructuous and Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19175 of 2023 is also dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if they are having any grounds.
