ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking leave to file the Review Application against the Order of this Court dated 18.09.2024 in W.P.[MD] No.22102 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the Order has been obtained suppressing material facts. The suit which 1/3

has been filed earlier based on the so called settlement deed has been dismissed as withdrawn and that fact has not been brought to the notice of this Court in the Writ Petition. That apart, the yet another suit has been filed in O.S.No.35/2018 and that suit has also been rejected. This fact has also not been brought to the notice of this Court and the appeal filed against the said Order has also been dismissed.

3. Considering the above facts and the facts projected in the writ petition and cancellation of the settlement deed has been set aside in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.16572 of 2017 and the said Writ Petition has been disposed of with a direction not to give effect to the cancellation deed till the disposal of the main suit and that the main suit itself has been disposed of, this petition is Ordered and leave is granted.
