: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents from opening new TASMAC shop near Alagar Tea Stall, Thirunagar 3rd stop, Madurai City and consequently direct the respondents to shift the proposed TASMAC shop to any other place by considering the petitioner representation dated 02.03.2020 within a stipulated time.
