This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from shifting the TASMAC shop No.6708 from S.No.317/3, Punniyavayal Village, Avudaiyarkoil Post and Taluk, Pudukottai District to another Village, till the expiry of the existing licence period.

2.Today(08.03.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
