This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the 1/4

order, dated 07.02.2024 passed in E.P.No.80 of 2022 in RCOP.No.39 of 2019 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is not necessary.

3. There will be a direction to the learned I Additional District Munsif, Madurai to dispose of I.A.No.257 of 2022 pending on his file within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order since it is stated that pending Execution Proceedings, the above said application was taken by the revision petitioner. The execution proceeding and Interlocutory Application are pending before the separate Courts. Let the execution proceedings be kept in abeyance till the disposal of the above said Interlocutory Application. Depending upon the outcome of Interlocutory Application Proceedings, the execution proceedings be considered by the II Additional District Munsif, Madurai.

4. With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petiton is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition 2/4

is closed.
