PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the First Information Report in Crime No.5 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the First Information Report in Crime No.5 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 16.09.2017 and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.10 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
