The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action as per Section 15 of the Environmental Protection Act, 1986.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
