Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Amended Act 1 of 2016, to set aside the order, dated 24.01.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.35 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, 2012, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District, and enlarge the petitioner on bail. ORDER:- Criminal Revision Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. B.Santhanam Rajesh Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) On Behalf of the Respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.

No.2829 of 2020 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD) No.54 of 2020, dated 14.02.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
