The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents No. 1 to 3 to conclude an enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondents No.4 to 6, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.01.2026.

2. The petitioner submitted that he had submitted a representation to the official respondents. However, the official respondents stated that they had not received any such representation.

3. Therefore, this Court is directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation forthwith. On such representation, the official respondents shall considering the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
