O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to add certain persons as accused in Crime No/326 of 2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the appeal itself came to an end by virtue of the judgment dated 27.10.2017.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police have intentionally left out two of the persons, who are also involved in the offence. Therefore, the petitioner must be permitted to workout his remedy. 4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this criminal original petition. If the petitioner has any right, he can work out the same in accordance with law.

5.With the above observation, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
