Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in the petition mentioned property. He gave a representation dated 14.08.2018 to the respondent in this regard.

3. When matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, states that the decision on the writ petitioner's representation would be taken within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. It is made clear that it is open to the respondent to pass orders one way or the other. This Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The respondent shall pass orders, after putting the petitioner as well as the interested persons on notice. No costs.
