O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai to expedite the trial in C.C.No.195 of 2016 within a stipulated time.

2. The petitioners are the respondents in the private complaint, which was lodged by the respondent as against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 294(b), 500, 506(i) of IPC. The petitioners state that the second petitioner is 72 years old senior citizen and therefore, prayed for speedy disposal of the case pending in C.C.No.195 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, this Court is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ inclined to pass the following direction:

"The learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the C.C.No.195 of 2016 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
