Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the alleged encroachment has been removed and he has also produced a copy of the communication of the third respondent in Na.Ka.A4/3605/2017, dated 10.07.2018 to that effect.
